2. Data processed and purposes
2.1 Requests for resources and case studies
When you request a free resource (margin diagnostic, calculator, white paper) or a case study, you enter your email address and accept this policy. The following is transmitted: your email address, the resource requested, the page language, your newsletter choice, the consent text and the page address. This data is used to send you the resource, to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to offer you a call. It is stored in the HubSpot CRM.
2.2 Booking a call
When you book a call, the HubSpot booking module collects your name, your email address and the information you enter, in order to organise and prepare the call.
2.3 Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored in HubSpot with your explicit consent. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link.
2.4 Email and phone exchanges
Information you send me by email or phone is used only to answer your request, prepare a proposal or carry out an assignment.
2.5 Visiting the site
As with any website, the host records technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser) in server logs, to keep the site secure and working properly. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no data is sent to a third party to display them.
This site uses no audience-measurement tool, no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. It stores nothing in your browser.
2.6 Automatic translation
The articles are written in French. If you choose to read them in English, the page is translated by Google Translate: it is then sent to Google and you leave julienioset.ch.
3. Recipients and processors
- HubSpot, Inc. (United States; this account’s data is hosted in the European Union): contact management, call booking and newsletter.
- Make (Celonis), Czech Republic: automatic transfer of resource requests to HubSpot and sending of emails.
- Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus: hosting of the site and email.
- Google LLC, United States: video calls when a meeting takes place online, and automatic translation if you choose it.
No data is sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Transfers abroad
Some data is processed in the European Union and the United States. Transfers to the United States rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
5. Retention
Contact, request and booking data: three years from the last exchange, subject to legal obligations (in particular ten years for accounting records). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: for the period set by the host.
6. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or transfer, withdraw your consent and object to its processing by writing to j.ioset@julienioset.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): www.edoeb.admin.ch.
