2. Personal data collected
2.1 Contact Form
When you fill out the contact form on this website, the following data is collected: first name, last name, company, email address, and message. This data is transmitted to and stored in our Brevo CRM tool (formerly Sendinblue), hosted in the European Union.
2.2 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to analyze audience traffic anonymously. The data collected includes pages visited, visit duration, referral source, device type, and approximate geographic location. IP address anonymization is enabled. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.
3. Purposes of the processing
Your personal data is processed in order to respond to your contact request, to send you — with your explicit consent — periodic communications on brand strategy, and to improve the quality of the site via anonymized analysis data.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given when submitting the contact form, as well as on the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to your requests. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before hand.
5. Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with the following service providers, strictly within the framework of the purposes described above:

No data is sold, rented or given to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Shelf life
Contact form data is retained for 3 years from the date of last contact. Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Data related to email communications is retained until unsubscription or withdrawal of consent.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the nLPD, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.

8. Cookies
